i was in there today and witnessed front desk staff being extremely rude to some lady. i heard the patient speak up about the attitude of the woman behind the desk and would have thought she was overreacting until i myself interacted with the two women working behind the counter and they were almost unbearably disrespectful and flat toned despite this being a literal health care establishment. quite disappointing
Wait times are outrageous
