I don't know if it's just the frustration of not being myself due to the pain but, the people that work there make me feel guilty for being in pain. I stopped sharing my concerns because when I mention something they either dismiss it, say that my pain should not be a reason for lack of movement, or that regardless of what my Doctor recommend (You know, the specialist that went years to college to help people facing this types of problems), that I should probably skip their recommendation and go straight for surgery to impro... read more
Nice service
i was in there today and witnessed front desk staff being extremely rude to some lady. i heard the patient speak up about the attitude of the woman behind the desk and would have thought she was overreacting until i myself interacted with the two women working behind the counter and they were almost unbearably disrespectful and flat toned despite this being a literal health care establishment. quite disappointing
