You'll spend 98% of your time waiting in the hallway. Cause every room is full of patients who are also waiting. What everyone is waiting for? No one knows. Doesn't matter what you're in for. The residents dont know a thing they dont communicate between themselves and they ask the same 50 questions all the time instead of looking at the chart. Went in to the ED with unbearable lower back pain and walked out feeling great! From the time I walked into the ED, I was serviced quickly and only waiting about 15 min from the time I checked in. My concerns were addressed and I was out of there in under 2 hrs! I'm very thankful to both Dr. Srica & PA Chamberlain for taking care of me! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

***I'm editing to add this, since their response to this is a copy & paste BS response. Their Patient Relations Department is unhelpful as well. They LIED to us saying they would help and then ghosted us. They are only there to protect the hospital & their many mistakes. Do NOT trust YNNH with your loved ones. If I'm ever in an emergency again, I'll make sure the ambulance isn't going to YNNH.
