Called to confirm they could fill out a form for me, got to the front desk PAID, waited fro about 30 minutes to see a doctor just for them to tell me they couldn’t do it. Had to wait another 10 minutes to receive a full refund. Huge waste of time.

Left on a gurney in a hallway for 14 hours. All my medical information was discussed in a hallways hippa violations!!! My hand was smashed by employees with another gurney. I was not given anything to eat or drink. They falsified an investigation report the list goes on
