The crew there is warm and welcoming. Knowledgeable and explained everything like I don’t know any medical terminology. Even though I do. Sasha explained everything she was doing and each time she left the room she was back before I could finish a quick game on my phone. Plus their music was awesome.
Very fast and sufficient
I had a much better experience at this urgent care during a previous visit, so today’s visit was disappointing. The nurse who assisted us today was not welcoming or communicative. She gave very little verbal instruction and often just pointed at equipment, expecting my daughter to know what to do. During her vital signs, she didn’t explain the process or ask for cooperation in a friendly manner, which made the experience uncomfortable and confusing.
