The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ms. O'Brien, NP was friendly, courteous and through.
It so happened a team from Yale was in waiting room when I arrived....I was tired enought to inform them about my previous visit to this location. Being left alone in room with door closed. Side rails on gurney not upland no way to call for help.and needing to go to bathroom and the PA irrigating my wound with sterile H2O which hurt after complaining he used Sterile Normal Saline, same Ph as the body and doesn'tcause discomfort....this visit went much better However I waited over 1 hour for my scheduled appointment time. The nurses were great, professional and caring. The receptionist never mentioned that the x- ray technician wasn’t there so that resulted in me having to come back. I would like to know that information much sooner. I’m giving the Urgent Care 3 stars for not informing me of that information.
Amazing nurses and providers. Mary Alice is the best! She always makes me feel comfortable and heard. Book online and there is hardly a wait time at all.
