The staff was very professional, kind, and helpful. I pre-rescheduled the appointment online so I did not have to wait long at all. I highly recommend this particular YNHH facility

I had a great experience at Yale New Haven Urgent Care today. I was able to make an appointment easily on my lunch break, and the entire visit was quick, efficient, and seamless. The office was clean and welcoming, and everyone I interacted with was kind and professional - from the receptionist to my lab tech, Ashley, and my nurse practitioner, Mary Alice. They made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and comfortable. I'm so grateful for the excellent care and would definitely recommend this location!
