Had severe case of poison ivy on well over 30% of body. The PA was nice but only prescribed a topical steroid, not mentioning oral Prednisone. A day later I went to another urgent care facility a bit further from my home where the RN took one look and prescribed Prednisone and an OTC anti-histamine before I could ask for either, they are working. Topical creme alone was not.
Quick appointment in convenient spot in darien. New and clean. Great amenity for the neighborhood.
