This medical office is easy to get to. Easy access to major highway. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
I went in without an appointment for a blood draw, and I was greeted with very friendly service from everyone. I had never been to Yale before, so a woman helped me make an account with them. She was very friendly and put me at ease - I don't have much experience with medical stuff. Then the wait was less than 5 minutes and the blood draw was very quick as well.
Extremely Disappointed with Billing and Service I had a very brief (less than 30-minute) consultation with Dr. Bruno Cardoso, MD for a snoring issue. The visit provided no solutions, prescriptions, or advice beyond basic, widely known information. Crucially, without any discussion of the cost, a quick procedure (laryngoscopy) was performed. Incredibly fast and efficient lab, knowledgeable and professional staff, very clean lobby and medical areas. Just be aware that the lab portion of this facility is closed for lunch (12:30pm - 1:30pm). You are welcome to wait, or come back. I recommend this place to everyone.
