My first impression of the pediatric hospital was the very DIRTY waiting room. The orange waiting room chairs were actually browned with accumulated dirt. There were unknown fluids on 2 of the chairs. It did not inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the rest of the hospital. Will never bring a child there again. I am now hesitant to use any Yale New Haven health care affiliate. Parking was as described by another reviewer, expensive, and hard to find.
Nicu 10 fl for premiers is a joke , rude, lazy and lack of consideration. Bad practices for some babies .. feel like you have to stay in the room for babies to get proper care somewhat feels like they do things to keep babies emitted longer
