Dr Dong is an exceptional doctor. So knowledgeable caring and kind. Very impressive in every way.
My rheumatologist had placed a provider to provider referral to see Dr. Eugenia Chock in the hopes that I could have a some assistance getting a diagnosis due to the rare presentation of my autoimmune symptoms. I left extremely disappointed and upset with my visit. The medical staff were extremely unprofessional, and Dr. Chock was extremely condescending, questioned my reasoning of being at the initial consult, and questioning that I was sick at all and why was I there. I’ve had a great experience as a patient at Yale Rheumatology for four years now. I especially recommend Dr. Dong. She takes the time to fully understand her patients’ symptoms and medical history (my first appt was 1.5 hours long!) and she is always available to answer questions on MyChart within 24 hours. It’s not often I feel like a doctor *actually* cares about me, but Dr. Dong truly feels like a partner in my health.
