-the outside area is dirty, covered in trash & cigarettes -their “covered park” looks like it hasn’t been paved or redone since 2004 -the renovations were cheaply done and do not justify the price AT ALL -you will never get the smell of your grandmas unfinished basement out of your unit -their agent annie is incredibly rude and unhelpful. will either ignore your requests and questions or give you passive aggressive responses in conclusion: just another badly run corporation owned complex! steer clear!

Moved in near the start of October. Pretty good structure, renovations were nice and happy to have a decent patio in an apartment. The grounds are pretty clean and no random people roaming around. Super close to a great shopping center. Maintaince is pretty prompt. So far it's been pretty decent, the most pressing issues I have are the very small parking arrangements and ocassional ants in our unit but the landlord did compromise by allowing us to get treatment for them and taking it off the rent. Recently moved in, simply put, I love it here. The complex is quiet (besides the main road next to it), but the apartments are so well insulated that I can't hear my neighbors or the majority of the traffic outside. Newly renovated, built-in wifi, and a more than decent price for a denver apartment. Best part? This place is close to everything, grocery stores and the highway. The only complaint I'd have to give is the parking, small spots for the truck I have, but I've grown used to it at this point.
A fantastic place to visit and live. Current Manager Patrick has stepped up the winter game living here as he does an amazing job of keeping the outside area safe to walk on when it snows and clean all the time! Check availability and make an appointment to see him for a showing!
