I am leaving this review to share feedback regarding an interaction I experienced with a security staff member during my visit to Yale New Haven Hospital today. The absolute worst. I've been having a nerve issue since July 1st. After some medications that didn't work my doctor said I need to get an MRI this was in September. I called to schedule. Nothing for two months. Are you kidding me. I've been in non stop pain for three months now. I finally got an appointment through Hartford healthcare. I had my MRI in just under a month. Lines too long, need to expand waiting area and take to long to receive meds after waiting in long lines.
