Two weeks to create an account. Cannot buy parts without one. Company is trash.
Called to inquire about pricing and availability on some items. I was asked if I had an account, I told them no but if their quote was reasonable I would open an account. Was rudely told, "You can't speak to anyone unless you have an account." I guess a 500 unit apartment building isn't the type of business they want. Glad business is so good there is no need for new customers. Called EW (Electrical Wholesalers) instead and they were more than helpful.
