I've been on hold for over 20 minutes for the past 3 days to make a new appointment. No one will answer the phone and I also can't leave a voicemail unless it is an emergency. Is there anyway I can speak to a human instead of AI? Finally booked a appointment. They are booked out for a year and a half. Comical.
Excellent Doctors
May be a great doctor, but wouldn’t know because their office staff is unresponsive to referrals, doesn’t return phone calls and makes it difficult for a referral to be made. Liz, maybe you should be more on the ball.
Is making appointment for your husband or wife breaking the hippa law? The reception denied me making appointment for my wife because of the hippa law. This is the 1st I ever experience this incident. I make all appointments for my wife with her other doctors.
