My doctor sent a referral and I couldn’t get an appointment. No one called back. Answering service was rude also. I heard terrible doctors too??
I don't think I've ever had worse customer service. I have called three times trying to make an appointment. I was told by a snarky admin about the mandatory referral, which I then proceeded to obtain. I have since called twice and left two messages that I had a referral in hand and wanted to make an appointment. Nobody ever calls you back... If I had a better option, I would definitely take it. They definitely aren't winning any awards for excellence or efficiency at this place.
absolute worst medical practice I've ever witnessed. Avoid like the plague
Had a referral sent in to be seen a month ago and just received a call a month later inquiring about my referral. This office can’t realistically think that waiting a month or more is appropriate especially if certain people‘s cases or reasons for visiting dermatologist could be serious. I would had rather them told me to go screw myself a month ago then wait that long.
