Called multiple times to ask about my waitlist and they just hung up on me...? At the end they told me they did not even process my application for 8 MONTHS because there was an issue on their end and never once contacted me about this in the entirety of the 8 months I was supposed to be put on the waitlist. Had similar experiences of unprofessionalism from doctors and staff at other Yale Hospitals so avoid if you can.
