Service guy was at my shop for 30 minutes to estimate a repair and they want to charge me over $500 for the visit. I can't believe anyone does business this way.
Kris Torres and Nathan Moriel are highly professional and delivered amazing customer service. My experience with these pros and this company was nothing less than stellar. Highly recommended
Very clean and the staff was excellent!
Really they are more deserving of zero stars, but that's not an option. While the service department has been okay to work with for the last eight years, their accounting people have always been inept. Now that they're part of Pape, they've gone off of the deep end. A $300 charge (that was never disclosed) for five minutes on site to tell us verbally that it looked like a $1200 job.
