Went down to Yakuza due to some concerns with heating on my mx5 due to poor workmanship at another mechanic. Tony and the boys were extremely helpful and transparent. Went through the trouble of inspecting the vehicle and even though the outcome was not ideal, did not charge me or pressure me into a costly band-aid fixes other mechanics would suggest. Hopefully will be resolved and look to bring my cars to him from now on.
Big Tony and Triple H (Harrison) managed the supply and fitment of coilovers for my Crown. The handling, comfort and stance is a massive improvement. At first I was worried getting parts for an import was going to be a pain but the guys really came through. Brilliant service from a very knowledgeable team.
Tony, the owner, is excellent. There was a small misunderstanding at the start, but he personally got on the phone and resolved it professionally and respectfully. It’s rare to find a workshop that genuinely listens and takes the time to address your concerns, so credit to Yakuza for that. My car is currently in the shop, but based on how they’ve handled everything so far, I’m confident the workmanship will be just as solid
I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic to identify the issue, and they provided an update within a day. The staff was very helpful and professional throughout the process. I will definitely be returning for future services.
