Really like Yak’s Fitness at Town Square! The gym is very clean, quiet, and well-equipped, which makes it a great place to get a workout in without feeling crowded. I especially appreciate that I never have to wait for equipment—there always seems to be something available when I need it. It has a relaxed atmosphere that makes working out much more enjoyable. I haven’t tried their smoothies yet, but they look really good! Definitely planning to give one a try sometime. Overall, a great gym and one I’d recommend.
My favorite gym to workout at, it’s always clean and never over crowded! The other location by the Durango is also nice.
The crowd here is a mix of beginners and regular lifters, which makes it interesting. I often learn small tips just by observing others. One thing I noticed is that the cable machines get used heavily, so occasionally you need to adjust your workout order. I appreciate that people generally respect turns and don’t create unnecessary arguments. It keeps the training environment calm.
Yak's is a good place to workout whether you chose the town square or durango location. Originally signed up for a year and ended up renewing for two years. The equipment is in great condition and the facilities are always clean. I have not dealt that much with Chris, but he is very laid back. Hiyabel and the rest of the staff are great. If you are looking for a gym that is not crowded and top notch, this is the place to go.
Seriously, the cleanest gem I’ve ever stepped into great staff. Can’t wait to come back.
