Extremely disappointing experience. I urgently needed an MRI, but the office failed to submit the required pre-authorization to my insurance and then blamed me for it. The front desk was rude and dismissive, insisting the MRI would “never be approved” and refusing to connect me with the doctor or provide any help. My calls were not returned, and no effort was made to resolve the issue. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket while dealing with serious health concerns. Dr Levy is top notch ! From bed side manners to the latest technology to care for women . He has change my life for better and a lot of women that I know . Absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He’s a must Doctor to have in your life.His staff is fantastic too . A shout to Arlene and Carla. They are fast , knowledgeable and they care which is not easy to find those days! You feel human and heard when you visit the office , top notch service from the Doctor and from the front desk too !
