can't get in touch with the doctor or get results of a test unless you make an appointment.
The Dr. was fine (I guess) but the front desk is terrible. Very rude, sometimes answers the phone, other times she does not and when she answers she just says hello as if its her personal phone. Additionally, they made me pre-pay, then my insurance company told me that they already paid the bill and I should not have paid them. Now I'm fighting to try to get the funds back from them. DO NOT USE.
I went to doctor Dudelzak office for a check up and was told that I have skin cancer without even doing a biopsy . How can a doctor give you such a diogenes without having a test resalt.I left the office in panic and would never go to him again.
I like the doctor, but the staff is garbage. I am in the office wearing nothing but a hospital smock, and his assistant comes and telling me that I need to go get cash from an ATM before the doctor can come in to perform the operation. No joke. Never has a wart removal seemed like a third world kideny transplant. Dudlzak is chill tho.
This is a terrible office - they confirmed my appointment and insurance and then called at 8:00 the night before to tell me it was CASH only. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR.
I went to this dr for a rash I had all over my body and he gave me a very unsatisfactory answ abt what to do abt it and it actually made it worse so I stopped....
Not only is Dr. Dudelzal extremely knowledgeable, he is a very caring and compassionate person.
People beware doctor charges you a co payment even if he doesn't do anything for you. I went for a follow up that was rescheduled and I was only seen for 30 seconds yet he still charged me the co payment for 40$ He will lie to you and scam you just to get money and he doesn't actually care about you, although he fakes like he does. I don't understand how doctors like this aren't being allowed to rob people like this. DONT GO HERE
Waited for at least an hour past my appointment time. Unnecessary follow ups. Avoid at all costs.
