my appointment was at 9am this morning, we go there around 9:05, nobody was there. We called, the lady lied and said she was there but she had left (the place look like it hasn’t been touched since the other night). when I requested for my deposit she said no then it took her almost 30-45 minutes to send me my deposit back. she arrived about 10:10, I finally got in the chair and they were quick but they were talking about skin disorder as I was sitting there.. so unprofessional, will never go back.
The owner is very professional, I had an issue and it was addressed . Iove my hair. I came in on a promotion but I do not mind paying the regular price because I respect people business and time . They have bills like everyone else . I will come back the next time and make this my permanent place to come get my braids done . I got knotless neat & clean braids butt length . Yes I will be returning so that I can grow my hair back out . Promo or not hopefully this answers your questions
Called the shop at 7am talk to owner of the shop ask was there any availability for two heads getting boho owner said yes. Waited two hours braider put gel in my hair , separated my personal boho hair just for the owner to call and say we couldn’t get our hair done. So unprofessional !!!
The staff was very unprofessional. I tried calling for 2 days to make an appointment. I arrived at the salon at 850 and my hair wasn’t started until after 1030 due to the staff dragging their feet and laughing amongst themselves as off there wasn’t like 5 ppl including myself waiting. When the lady began my hair I informed her that I would be to be done by 3pm however knowing how long the style I was getting usually take about 5-6hrs at the most I should have been done by 2p. They do not take their time when braiding hair I asked for knotless & they made really big parts with thin braids, I will not be going back!
