Service was friendly and helpful. Banchan was very good. The yakiniku meet was bad. We ordered ribeye steak which looked like New York steak , it was 50%fat (so sad) the beef tongue was cut thick and was like chewing on rubber. Sorry but it was very disappointing, probably won’t be back.
The food was good, but unfortunately the service ruined the entire experience. It took a while before the waitress even gave us a menu, and the waitress lacked professionalism throughout our visit. When we were ready to pay, the waitress lady told us their card machine is not working and only take cash, so we had to scramble to find enough cash. Luckily, one of us had some. We told her she could keep the change as her tip, and instead of just accepting it, she complained, "That's not even 10%" ...That was extremely rude and ... read more
