This urgent care is not actually interested in helping you. Their practices are predatory because they will refuse you service if you do not put some type of credit card, debit card, or HSA card on file for them to charge whenever they want. The receptionist claimed that they will call you before they charge it but in today’s world that’s not trustworthy. When I refused to put a card on file the receptionist stated that’s our policy.
