Everyone from the front staff to the Healthcare providers were kind. Very patient and thorough. They were busy the night I was there, but still took the time needed to collect vitals and a brief medical history. I felt heard and understood. Thank you all for your outstanding customer service.
The provider was attentive and gave me good information, the clinic nurse that administered the IV and the meds was cold and not friendly at all!
Caring, compassionate staff ......what you want and should have from any medical facility!! I appreciate all the staff's kindness, again I'm so sorry Rachel for complaining about the wait I know you guys were busy! It's been 24 hrs and I just received a call from the lab in Seattle letting me know the results from the culture!!! All the staff are so kind, considerate and treat us patients like humans instead a number or paycheck!!!
Staff was very nice. When you’re stressed out this is important. I waited a fairly long time but over all as a walk in under 1 1/2 hours. My care was quick and professional. I loved Dr Paula. Super nice and knew exactly what to do.
