I would strongly advise against doing any DOT related checkups at this office. I was charged $120, and never had my documents properly uploaded. I would suggest going elsewhere, unless you want to pay for your appointments twice!
Very Grateful for this facility. Staff/Nurses/Doctor was so Kind. They got me in so quickly and the care/stitches were painless and very neat. Highly recommend anyone in the area go here for Amazing/Prompt care! Thank You to all who took care of me and God Bless
Another update.. Bill over $800 for a BS test. After 24 hours I am amending my review The five starts to a three star... which is unfortunate because I really felt the way I felt when I walked out the door. And the antibiotics really got me off the edge yesterday was a scary day because things got worse when I left but the antibiotics did kick in overnight.
