My family went in for glasses appointment two months ago. I was the first one to get an appointment, my brother and my mother were the second to get them theirs. Despite me getting my appointment FIRST they had gotten their glasses before me. When I called about it the lady said that they weren’t ready and to call back in a week and so I did, they still weren’t ready. I waited almost 3 month for my appointment and they called me to reschedule because the dentist is not going to be in. Now I have to wait 4 month to be seen again 🤣🤣 this is the reason I lost my teeth due to decay because if you have any government health insurance these clinics dont care about patients.
