By far the worst dentist I have ever went to for example I left the office with holes in my teeth he didn't fill my cavities and I even said something and the Dentist said that he was done so I had to go to another dentist to get them filled and turns out all the other work he did needs to be redone because my teeth we not done properly I would only recommend people I hate to go see this dentist
Every time I talk to the receptionist lady on the phone she's not the friendliest, but I just assume she has bad days. Today, I called to cancel an appt I wouldnt be able to make (drive 1.5 hours to get there unfortunately). When I told the lady I wouldn't be able to make it she sighed and said Okay and as I was saying thank you and trying to reschedule she had already hung up on me. I just called to make a first appt. and when the person found I was with Apple health she copped a really negative attitude, and was like, do you need extractions or what? I found her attitude completely negative and rude, due to the tone of "you loser." kind of an attitude. I am a student at YVCC, and I have worked all of my life, and I assumed by her attitude that I would be treated very poorly here.
