Best Doctor
Dr. Lotan is fantastic. The problem is the scheduling department. I have left numerous messages and sent messages in the MyChart app. I never receive a return call. How am I supposed to get scheduled for surgery if no one returns calls. Now when I call the doctors office, then phone goes to a message. If scheduling ran as efficient as the doctor. Things would be great.
I found out last May (2024) that I had kidney cancer in my right kidney. I was referred to another urologist as my case was too complex for my first one, then I was referred to another doctor that couldn't handle my case. That is when I found out about Dr. Lotan. Seriously he is as good as the reviews you have read about. He answered all my questions and discussed the complexity of my case. Dr. Lotan is a great surgeon and doctor. Super skilled in his practice and much caring doctor. He did my prostrate surgery!
