I was completely satisfied with my entire experience during my visit at Dr. Kissin office. He took the time to thoroughly address and explain all of my concerns regarding my health issues! Superb bedside manners!
The visit with Dr. Kissin was nothing short of excellent. I have been dealing with OA in one of my knees for many years and I have always gotten the same answer, you are too young for a knee replacement and the best action is cortisone shots. That only has aggravated and worsened my knee over the time. Excellent doctor who explains everything in detail and is a great listener.
Horrible practice. They never checked my insurance even though I had to wait 3 months from making an appointment to seeing the doctor. Then they expected me to agree to pay for a knee replacement totally out of pocket (though it is fully covered by the surgeon at the Hospital for Special Surgery where I am now having the surgery done) and would not even give me an estimate of how much it would cost.
