Wonderful to find out after spending 3500$ for this company to handle removing and having my transmission rebuilt by a 3rd party which I understand and was aware of yahos cut one of the metal lines supplying oil to the cooler. 3500 dollars and you couldn't replace a bs part that should have been changed no matter what. Now because the rubber line popped off that was absolutely never supposed to be used I'm probably out another 3-4k. Charge a premium and get absolute trash thanks guys!
i don’t leave bad reviews, but i have a newborn and my boyfriends car got towed here. i called as the SHERIFFS department gave us this number to contact at 1am. a very rude man answered the phone and quite literally started yelling at me??? “do you know what time it is, i have 3 newborns in bed” i hung up… because ME TOO!! update your hours if your not 24 hours!!!!! i was calling to ask if you had the keys so his mother who’s dealing with a fresh breast cancer surgery didn’t have to do the run around. you are a horrible pers... read more
My car was towed here after my girlfriend and I were t-boned by two kids on my birthday. I was originally going to give this place a decent score but after they reached out and reacted in a negative way, I am lowering my review. My interactions with those my mother and I spoke with was positive. It was more expensive than I had expected but was directed by my lawyers to pay out of pocket and getting a receipt which they did help with.
