I've used yahoo for years.. However Verizon has anialated it.. Yahoo’s support system is completely broken — and my screenshots prove it. When I tried to fix a login issue, Yahoo locked me out and gave me no human representative access point at all. Their phone system loops endlessly, resets when you press 0, and disconnects if you try to reach a real person. There is no escalation path, no operator, no override — nothing.
