I come here often and never had a bad experience until today. Unfortunately it’s pretty significant. I usually get my treatments with Johnny or Jeffrey; both of whom are great and will talk to you about your hair while the service is ongoing (and with the language barrier). I came in for a color touch up and trim. I had a lady this time I hadn’t had before and from start to end didn’t really enjoy it. Don’t waste your time! I paid for a wash, deep conditioning, time under the dryer, a blowout & flat iron. Before I left the salon, my hair was wrapped. When I took it down at home less than 24 hours later, it was already extremely puffy.I reached out to the salon through their business page(the same page they advertise throughout the salon and actively post on)to let them know I wasn’t satisfied with the service.
