Got my hair done for my birthday back in February and they absolutely fried my hair. It took a month of me walking around with my hair like this and multiple phone calls and emails before I could see anyone about getting my hair fixed and a refund. After showing up to get my hair fixed, they told me they were busy and I’d have to wait or come back another day. And yes, I called to schedule a time to come in.
