Property Manager Laurie Is Incompetent. Awful Company. In winter parking lot is not plowed within an appropriate amount of time. You will get stuck and be unable to get out of your own parking lot, being forced to call in to work at times. The Incompetent Property Manager Laurie is unable to hire reliable responsible help for snow plowing. Same issues in Summer. Lawn care not kept up with and there is always trash all over the yard. Dumpsters constantly overflowing.
Horrible horrible company and nothing but broken responses. My daughter has bad health issues and got worse living there. We found out there is mold in the whole building told management about this and they ignored messages and then when called they said if we don’t like it we can move. By far the absolute worst place we’ve ever lived in. And I have the photos to prove all the things that were just left to rot. Makes me sad. Could be a nice place if taken care of.
