Our initial consultation with Yahaira Fernandez, APRN, went very well. The entire staff was extremely courteous and friendly.
I’ve recently started seeing J Fernandez. She and her staff are the greatest providers that I’ve ever had in my 67 yrs of seeing medical providers. I have many different medical issues going on at once, but she has been so thorough and caring in making sure I received the best care needed. Thank you to Tara & Latoya for their excellent care also.
7/6/26 - I dropped off paper work that I needed filled out for my Job 4 weeks ago. I travel For work and I’m not around during the week. I went into the office June 19 in the afternoon to see what the holdup is and to retrieve my paperwork they were unable to find it. I was told that she was out that day and coming back Wednesday the following week.
