Absolutely terrible, long wait time and staff didn't know exactly what I needed for my procedure. Highly would not recommend.
Had a very lovely nurse and dentist yesterday at my appointment
Have visited this dental clinic many times with my kids and especially last two years and found they are excellent ,pleasant,professionally great .Dealing with many nationals,children and elderly and all with a smile and kindness
Have reported to my local state MP and have an appointment. Also the ombudsman. Dentists getting paid for no more than a five minute consult after waiting since April 2023. How many more people have gone through this. Told me I have to wait another year. The rudeness including the pathetic receptionist that is soo rude. I had two consults all up about ten minutes and did nothing. Corruption at its finest .
