Rica listens and offers great suggestions and we come up with something new and exciting each time. I visited Rica for color and a cut. She listened to what I was hoping for, clearly explained options to get my hair to where I wanted it, and we decided on a balayage. Rica was friendly and professional, the salon was inviting and well kept, and I walked out with beautiful color and style. If I didn't live so far away now I would be seeing Rica regularly.
