I contacted Yaeger to help diagnose why cold air was blowing out of our furnace vent. Jaime, our Yaeger technician, diagnosed the issue with the motor. He provided us options and a general estimate on how much it would cost to repair. Herb, the owner, contacted me, reviewed the options and provided an ETA for when the new motor will arrive. Excellent & quick service. They were able to fix our ac that had previously been looked at twice. It was previously concluded it was just a Freon issue. Thank you so much! Can finally get a good nights rest UPDATE: they’ve been back 2-3 times and the problem still hasn’t been fixed
We are building a home nearby and renting another home that has been serviced by this company. When I noticed the unit making an odd noise we called for service. I have NEVER been met by such a rude and unhappy person as Angela. We agreed on the next day at 11 am. I look down to my phone at 9:45 with texts and phone calls, when I call back I am questioned where am I? Well, I'm not home our appointment was for 11. Had a lovely experience with this company! John Moses was so kind and helpful. We had an ancient AC unit that had been installed in a tricky way. We chatted with several other companies before choosing Yaeger. John was the most straightforward and helpful of the bunch. Our new AC was installed in a day and worked immediately.
