Wickstrom Ford of Barrington-- Lack of Service follow through and poor customer service!!!! Would not buy a matchbox car from this dealer and definitely will not go back for service on mine again. Took my Lincoln MKS in for service and was extremely dissatisfied with customer service and especially the service technician Erik involved with my repair. We have been buying vehicles from Wickstrom in Barrington for over 10 years. Rob Palazzo and Mike Rodriguez are the best! Recently we seen some advertisements for another dealership giving $4000.00 over Kelly blue book value for trade-in. It was a nightmare, they lied,very rude,yelled at us and threaten us. We turn to Wickstrom and the mad a bad experience for our son with his first car amazing. They are truly a 5ð???ð???ð???ð???ð??? dealership that make you feel at home with family.

Sales professional Jared contacted me, verified vehicle availability and set an appointment for a test drive. Management called later that day to verify appointment. Jared was pleasant and prepared when we arrived for the test drive. No pressure. The dealership was able to accommodate the requested changes to the vehicle at a price we were comfortable with. Took delivery two days later. Over all, very pleased with Jared and team.
