Cancelled an anniversary bouquet because the delivery was “outside their area” even though the site said they delivered there (only 15 mins away). The worst part, they didn’t call to inform me of this, send an email or nothing. I had to call and find this out the next day once i found out the bouquet never arrived.
Fast friendly and compassionate. A true blessing!
