Start your Saturday market at 6 a.m.; by waiting until 9, many of us that have errands to run or chores to do are already hard at by 9 a.m.; it is for that purpose I patronize the Fairgrounds Farmers Market in Winston, I'm in and out by 6:30 leaving the rest of the morning to run more pressing errands than to wait for Yadkin to set up at 9.

I have been going to Yadkin Farmers Market faithfully since it started several years ago. I enjoy the fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, etc., but really enjoy making friends with the vendors. I sure will miss the market until it starts back in the spring of 2018. I won the monthly basket of goodies yesterday. Thanks to all the vendors and I look forward to seeing you next year!
