Daisy Does excellent work she is kind and she is a professional
Extremely unprofessional service. I initially came in to set an appointment but was hesitant due to prior commitments. Despite this, they encouraged me to book a 3:30 appointment. When I arrived at 3:00 and waited for 30 minutes, Yadi informed me—without any apology or explanation—that she could no longer accommodate me and proceeded to take another client instead. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was disappointing.
