We just finished a phone appointment. She showed me all the parts that come with the plans that we went over and helped me figure out which one was the best for me right now. She was pleasant to talk to and was able to answers all but 2 questions that I asked, and only wasn't able to answer those since nobody had asked her those before. She seemed happy to look up what those answers to the questions are. Overall she did a very good job!
