Very thorough and actually followed up with a phone call to my husband until actual diagnosis was made. Did referrals to appropriate individuals out of town. Excellent service and very knowledgeable!

I wish I could give lower then one star.. I’ve been waiting since the first for my glasses!. My GF called the first time to see if they where in. But when she called the just denied without hesitation, the second time she called they didn’t send it.. terrible customer support..I ordered my glasses since the 1 of November. All I know I’m not happy. Walking around KL with busted glasses for almost a month!
The doctor is pleasant and professional. He never rushed and took time to explain the situation and was very thorough.
