First and for most my daughter went for 6 stitch braids. As she’s checking her hair this lady tells a CHILD to turn her camera off because she doesn’t want to be recorded. When I called to see when we can set up a time for her to fix her hair, she said to pay her an additional $20 to fix it because it’s nothing wrong with the hair. The style she wanted is not what she received. There for I’m not paying more money for you to fix something that YOU messed up. Very unprofessional and will never be returning.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I had the WORST experience at Yacine Hair Braiding! The shop was super small, and there were wasps flying around inside – totally unprofessional. I was quoted $60 for a braid takedown + $10 for a wash. But after she took out my braids, she tried to charge me $65 for the takedown and $15 for the wash. I recently visited this African braid shop and unfortunately, my experience was not the best. When I called ahead, I was quoted one price, and upon arrival I showed a different style with larger braids, which she said would still be the same price. That was fine with me, as I was pressed for time and accepted her price as it was. The real issue came once the style was finished.
