**NEW POST** 7/10/2025: I had an issue with the kitchen garbage disposal. Nothing I had done, just a part wore out and not even on the unit itself, but on its regulator. Management (Austin, looking at you!) was very attentive and gave me very accurate estimations of the response time. Yes, the building could use one or two more crew members as they are slightly backed up, but it never seemed to break down channels of communication. I stayed at one of their sublet apartments through The Landing, apartment D11. First I would like to compliment the leasing office staff who were both helpful and kind. This review is for whoever actually OWNS the building. The property is showing it's age from the torn and ratty flags along the entrance to the exterior of the buildings to the hallways and entries. Before relocating to YHCA, I did not review the property. A friend helped me find this residence due to a work-related move. I am delighted with my decision. The overall experience has been therapeutic, with the marina view in the front and the Columbia River in the back being particularly enjoyable. I’m so glad I moved here! From day 1 of my tour, Amy Chavez was the perfect way to be introduced to YHCA. It seriously was like having a best friend give the tour. So insightful, such a genuinely good human, and our sense of humor match. I met Whitney Green properly shortly after moving in. She is so kind and sweet as well.
