This is one of the best places to live in the Jansen beach area. It's a hidden gem. If you know you know ya know. Very classy. I have many friends who stay there. Yacht Harbor Club is my home away from home. You won't be disapointed with the luxury living.
The leasing office, Amy and Austin, are wonderful. They have successfully helped me several problems. Thank you for your help.
From my personal experience and what I witnessed while living at this apartment complex: I observed and experienced numerous serious concerns, including lease violations, evictions, harassment from staff or neighbors, racism, and inconsistent enforcement of rules among tenants. My own unit was entered without the required 24-hour written notice. Do not move here, this place is a nightmare! And now they are trying to charge my $8000 to leave! Whatever you do do not move here or even look at moving to this building. Units are uninhabitable, making it illegal for them to even charge rent here, amenities are always broken(as stated in other reviews) property is not maintained, safe or clean.
