Well run condo association with great purchase opportunities and an excellent yacht docking operation. Reasonable HOA and great neighborhood!
The un-manned gate to get in is awful. The ancient callbox for visitors to get in is almost always on the fritz. Expect to wait outside the gates for ages until someone nice let's you follow them in quickly through the residents side. Apparently it's been a huge issue for over 30 years and hasnt prevented any crime in the neighborhood ever.
