The food not only took an hour or more to come out, but we also watched others around us received their order earlier. Once we got our food, it was over-cooked, cold and tasted terrible. Our waitress was unresponsive and down right ignored us. I used to love this place. What happened?!?! :(
Very disappointed! Saw the NJ references and and figured we couldn't go wrong but we were. Took almost 45 min for appys to come out and then another 30 for meals (2 of which were cold and had to go back). If they were super busy, I might've given it a bye on that but there were only two other tables so no real excuse. I love to recommend places, but this one I can't.
Something HUGE has changed here. The food stinks, service sucks. What happened since last summer?
So sad. This used to be our favorite place at the coast to eat. Disappointed, terribly in the food of late.
Really bad. Our pizza was burnt and the owner acted like it was our fault. There was no I'm sorry can I do something. Oh she did something alright she was hateful and Rude. My mixed drink one of their specials was so watered down it tasted like water. Our waitress was very nice and kept apologizing. The owner needs classes on customer service and people skills. The owner is RUDE . My advice GO to MCDONALDS.
Pricier than your average small mom and pops but very delicious! Not many grilled options but I guess that is to cut time. I had the Tuna schooner and it was awesome! My daughter had the mussels which were great! My youngest ha 1lbs shrimp was great and my son had the pirates booty( cheese steak) fabulous! Like I said before about $5 to high on menu but I guess you are paying for the view and experience. I'd would eat there again in a heart beat!
The restaurant wasn't full, waited one hour for food which wasn't worth waiting 10 minutes for. I would not recommend this eatery. Lots of better choices at southport. Such as fishy fishy and provision.

I apologized several times when we spoke. I was trying to figure out what I could do after the fact, it wasn't "what do you want me to do about it now" I asked "what CAN I do now?" Looking for a suggestion to remedy the situation.
Got there at 8:12, closes at 8pm during the summer?? Awful...
WARNING WARNING!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! The horrible service, bland food, careless management and overpriced!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!
