Rude customer service
This place has seriously gone down hill, the recent older women who’ve been hired are rude and just cause problems. No greeting, wouldn’t give me samples when I asked, just simply not a pleasant place to be at anymore. I took my daughter in for the first time today. We made our ice creams and put the toppings on, however, I noticed that the marshmallow sauce was empty at the end of the line. I asked the lady at the counter to refill the sauce, and she took it to the back. I waited for her to come back with the marshmallow sauce for about 5 to 7 minutes, prior to paying.
