bad moth problem in the building unfortunately. Units, hallways and carpets lined with moth cocoons
Amazing building and really helpful and hospitable property manager (thanks Emily). Very hard to leave after 18 months but needed to upsize. Other tenants are very polite and quiet with many mornings spent with the rooftop pool all to myself. Perfect size but it means only one lift (rarely a problem unless someone is moving)
It’s very luxury apartments and amazing rooms. Everything was perfect except management. I have been to there for inspection by the realestate website and I made booking. But when I go to there. They didn’t show me the advertising rightly house they just explain totally different house. I waste my time. It was very good experience such as 100% fake advertisement.
Loving my new apartment at Y43. Apartments are spacious, clean and well maintained. Great location on top of everything I need for shopping, dining and entertainment. Plus helpful and attentive management from Angela makes for a great all round experience.
I've been living here for almost a year and it is hands down one of the best apartment buildings I've ever lived in. The building and shared areas are always spotless and apartments are spacious (which is rare in the Teneriffe/Newstead area!). The fittings are top-notch - I used to pay almost four times more in bills for water, gas and electricity in apartments of similar size.
