I booked a Brazilian wax and left feeling completely misled and uncomfortable. The service I received was not what I paid for. Instead of a wax, the technician simply shaved me. I was confused during the appointment, hoping it was some new technique, but it became clear this was not the case. The process was finished by applying hot wax without pulling it properly and using baby powder in a way that seemed unhygienic and odd.
