We appreciate that Y-W keeps the lights on just about 100% of the time. If the lights do go out, the linemen are ready to get them going again, any time of the day or night.
We've been with them for about 3 years and have been late or behind and they've been understanding but I've always got them paid. We got shut off today and the lady Stephanie was crazy rude!!! and would not get us turned back on unless we came up with the full amount almost 400 which I don't and didn't have until a resource woman called her then she dropped it to 200 she had no care that it's winter and that me and my wife were gonna be in the cold!!! not happy at all with her I understand I have bills sometimes things happe... read more
