This company has went above and beyond with their customer service, and For that reason I will always do business with them. I had lost some of the black female pieces to my ear tags, so I searched online for some to buy. Unfortunately I was unable to find any for sale. So I emailed their customer service to ask if they could point me in the right direction to purchase some.
